Join us in Burnaby on Saturday August 6th where we'll reaching out to the community to let them know about the Kinder Morgan town hall meetings that are taking place in their municipality.  This event will be a potluck picnic lunch, as well as a canvas / poster / flyer shift for the Burnaby consultations.  

Our tent will be pitched at the north end of Kensington Park in Burnaby, in the greenspace adjacent to Hastings street, about halfway between Holdem and Kensington Avenue.  Just a minute walk from the 135 bus stop, in the vicinity of the big "Kensington Park" sign on Hastings.  I'll forward along a map with our next reminder e-mail.  You are welcome, but not required, to bring a potluck snack for sharing; everything else will be provided on shift and we all work in pairs or small groups.

This is a great way to meet your community members as well as bring new people into the movement. We're looking forward to seeing you next Saturday.
