Kiera Tsakonas is currently studying International Studies and Economics at Simon Fraser University and has recently become a part of the Burnaby Community Action Team as a recruitment captain. She is driven by social and environmental issues and feels empowered not only by the engaged and enthusiastic individuals involved in Force of Nature but by Mission Transition as she believes grassroots organizing at the municipal level the most productive avenue to address environmental and social issues in tandem.
