Following on the heels of the NEB verdict on Kinder Morgan, the government is going to launch one last round of consultation with the public before their final decision on the fate of this pipeline in December.  Its the beginning of a critical countdown for us to get organized in our communities and show the Liberals this pipeline will never be built in BC.
