95% of our team is made up of volunteers, and whatever your skills, schedule or accessibility needs, there is a role at Force of Nature waiting for you to fill it! Here are some ways to plug in:
Local Community Action Teams: Collaborate with volunteers in your area to plan and execute high-impact, locally relevant campaigns on issues like green buildings, renewable energy and public transportation.
Force of Nature "G.L.U.E." team: volunteer from home or in our office doing back-end research, administration, or volunteer recruitment.
Moment of Power Workshops: Organize and facilitate our ever-evolving 1.5 hour interactive workshops on the Lower Mainland's "solutions revolution."
Specialist Roles: Let us know if you have specialized skills you would like to volunteer on a medium to long-term basis.
Leadership roles: With eleven years left to turn the tides on climate change, many people are feeling a deeper calling to step up in a big way. If you share our vision for change and feel ready to commit to minimum of five hours per week to volunteer, we can get you on the fast track to a leadership role within our organization.
We offer a supportive and welcoming environment open to volunteers of all ages, abilities, and levels of experience. Please enter your information in the form on the right, and organizer will get in touch with you to discuss the role and time commitment that will be the best fit for you. You can also visit our volunteer calendar where you can sign up directly for upcoming shifts by clicking on this link.
For questions, feedback, and to discuss any accessibility needs, please email Morag Keegan Henry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
